Frequently Asked Questions:
When I order the Shelf Talkers and/or a Brochure, will they
reflect the newest changes?
Yes, we keep the up to date. The Shelf Talkers tags that are
no longer in use can be discarded. The Brochure has the latest changes
(the names on products that have new names and deleted the products
that are being discontinued).
Does the 4-page brochure have all the products on it?
No, fitting over 500 products on a 4-page brochure would be
impossible. The print would be too small. The 16-page
brochure has about 95% of the products listed. The idea of the brochure is to
get the customers attention and to contact you. When they call your
store, you can then counsel them and discuss the new products at that
time.
How can I get a sample of the brochures?
You can print or view a sample of the brochures on our
website, www.nsptools.com. Just click on Brochures and select the
format and page you want to see.
How do I just get the just the updates for the
NSP Shelf Talkers?
The quarterly updates are posted here on the site and you can download
them for FREE. In order to get a
master copy, you will have to order the complete package every year.
I need a different price than what is shown on the NSP Shelf
Talkers?
I can put any percentage price difference, up or down, on the
shelf talkers that you want. I can also put the distributor price
where the retail price would normally go. It cost extra to do
this. It must be a percentage only and no rounding to the nearest 5 or
0 (zero). For instance: You may want to sell everything at a discount
of 16% off retail and 4% off the distributor price listed on the
labels. I can do this! The prices for Bee Pollen would then list as
the following: Retail - $11.09, Distributor - D9.46.
Do I have to pay for NSP Shelf Talkers each year?
I personal use the NSP Shelf Talkers in my own herb store These shelf talkers save
me approximately 8 hours each week in pricing products by hand. With
the shelf talkers, all I have to do is check the products in and put
them on the shelves. If you take 8 hours times 52 weeks, that equals
416 hours. If I had to pay someone $6.00 hour to do this, that is
almost $2,500.00 I am saving!!
The NSP Shelf Talkers come with over 700 products organized
alphabetically. Ask someone who is using
them. The sale price of $50 for an entire year with FREE updates on
the internet is a GREAT DEAL!
How do I get an order form?
You can print one from my website: www.nsptools.com (click
“Ordering”), then give us a call at: 1-888-891-4372.
Questions and Answers (April 2008):
Q) Can these
be e-mail to me?
A) Yes, see the
order form. There is an option there for delivery via your e-mail address
now.
Q) How long
does it take to get a order via e-mail or postal service?
A) E-mailing
should take from 1 to 3 days, pending my travel plans. In some cases, you
may get them with a few hours. But please, do understand that I do the
best I can! Postal service is sent priority mail -- anywhere from 3 to 7
days delivery (We may delay the shipment a day or two pending a new
product release).
Q) I can’t
find a tag for a product that I have on my shelf. Where is the tag at?
A) Check the
updates and discontinued product tags on the webstie. It maybe on a new
product that didn’t make the list or it could be a discontinued product.
www.nsptools.com
Q) Why
didn’t you include the discontinued products with the list?
A) Confusion is
the main reason. NSP has keep the same product name but changed the
ingredients and the stock number. Including a discontinued product in a
"active" list would create more confusion
Q) I like
the new layout and the simplicity to it, but with less paper, why is the
price the same?
A) Simply because
it takes the same amount of time to keep the database
updated/website/etc.. We have also maintained a great price since we
lowered them from $75 to $50 in 2003. The time saving issues make these
Shelf Talkers the best in the NSP market. Others have tried to duplicate
this and find it too hard to keep updated. You can have confidence in our
product as we’ve been serving NSP distributors since 1998.
